The Summer School is hosted at KTH Flemingsberg, south of central Stockholm. Flemingsberg is one of northern Europe’s most prominent centres of medical engineering – in terms of both research and industrial activity.
Travel in Stockholm
Public transport in Stockholm operates under one ticketing system. Tickets can be bought on your phone, by simply swiping your credit/debit cards against the machines or with the tellers in the metro stations. See sl.se for more information.
Airport
If possible, we recommend that you fly into Arlanda airport, which is the main international airport for the Stockholm region. Additionally, you could also fly into Bromma airport. To reach the city, use either of the following:
KTH Flemingsberg
To reach KTH Flemingsberg, take the Pendeltåg, either directly from Arlanda Airport or Stockholm City (the central station in Stockholm), to the Flemingsberg stop. From there, it is a ten minute walk to the building.
